All right. Today I want to jump on here. I'm doing a sassy solo today because this has been on my heart and on my mind. And I just want to share with you guys it. And it is about embracing change. For those of you that don't know, I've been through many, many changes in my journey, in my life, and my career. They go from job transitions, a divorce, moves, opening up my own business.
inventing a product and putting it online. I mean, like literally the list is endless. And none of those things would have happened if I didn't embrace change. If you do the same thing over and over again, it's called insanity. You're gonna get the same results. So if you want different results, you have to do things differently. So I'm not saying I got it all right. I definitely do not. I have plenty of days where I'm like, my gosh, WTF is happening right now.
But I will say through the discomfort, through the changes, my life is what it is now, is what you guys see. This podcast, I had no a clue even what I was doing when I started this podcast. And if I would have let that unknown defeat me or hold me back, I wouldn't be here where I am now. I mean, this podcast is listened to in over 117 countries. I am so grateful for each and every one of you who listen in. But my point of this is we have to embrace change. And yes, is change.
Uncomfortable, yes. Do when you start changing things in your life and you're new at them, let's say you start a business, you're not gonna be that great at it in the beginning, okay? And that's okay too. So, but just giving yourself grace is one thing that's worked for me in my journey, and always remember the end goal. What this is your life, you only get one life, okay? So
You don't want to look back in your 50s, 60s, 70s and say, my gosh, I wish I would have started whatever. Or I wish I would have exited the marriage. Or I wish I would have done XYZ. So that's what I want to get on here and talk about today is just encourage you to embrace change. I've I've experienced a lot of it personally. I know that each and one of you has too. but I will say every time I've made big changes in my life, it's ended up for the good. So
